Lab Safety Training
Laboratory safety training is required for all faculty, staff, postdocs, and students prior to engaging in research and scholarly activities in laboratories. The TCU Office of Research and Risk Management provide comprehensive training and guidance on a number of topics including bloodborne pathogens, chemical and biological safety, controlled substances, select agents and toxins, and shipping hazardous materials.
Required training is based on the hazards you may encounter as a part of your research or scholarly activities in the laboratory space. For questions, contact safety@tcu.edu or visit the Office of Research for additional training requirements that may apply.
